We can install a specialist router that connects both your main internet connection and a 4G data connection.
As soon as the router detects your main internet connection is offline, it will activate the 4G data connection. this means only around 30 seconds of down time - something most people don't notice.
We actively monitor your connection and will be informed if the 4G connection becomes active so we can quickly work out what has happened to your main connection and begin remedial work.
